Your longest fast, your longest streak, your highest Body Score and nine more, each held with the date you set it and a description of what it measures.
A new best is marked as new, and the tally at the top tells you how many of the twelve you have set.
What a record holds
The date is the part that matters. A longest fast of 1d 11h is a number; 1d 11h on 29 July is something you can place in your own year.
LONGEST FAST
1d 11h
29 Jul 2026
Your single longest completed fast. Thirty-five hours puts it in Fat Burning, past the 24 hour boundary.
HIGHEST BODY SCORE
NEW53
19 Aug 2026
The highest Body Score you have reached in a single day. A Burn product score out of 100, not a health measurement.
LONGEST STREAK
61
Jun 20 - Aug 19
The most consecutive days you have completed at least one fast. Two months, with the exact dates it ran.
The three records above are the ones visible at the top of Burn's Personal Records screen. The rest sit alongside them in a two-column grid: Most Weekly Hours, Best Weekly Completion, Most Fasts in a Week, Target Window Streak, Deepest Stage Reached, Earliest Fast Start and Best Weight Loss Week among them, each with the date or week it was set.
Eleven of twelve
Your All-Time Bests carries a tally, eleven of twelve in the screen above. One number tells you both how much you have done and that there is still one record you have not set.
When you beat a record it carries a NEW badge, so you find out from the record itself rather than having to remember the old number.
Every entry carries a line describing what it measures, so there is no guessing whether longest streak counts fasts or days.
Longest Streak counts consecutive days with a completed fast. Target Window Streak counts the days you hit your goal length. Both keep their own dates.
WHY RECORDS AT ALL
A streak resets when a run ends. A record does not. The 1d 11h you set in July is still 1d 11h in December, whatever the weeks in between looked like.
That is the whole reason both exist. One measures the run you are on, the other measures the best you have done.
WHERE THEY LIVE
A Personal Records section sits inside Insights alongside your stat tiles and averages, and opens into the full twelve on its own screen.
Both read from the same history, so a fast you complete tonight can move a record without you going looking for it.
Highest Body Score records the highest Body Score you have reached in a single day. It is a product score, not a health or metabolic measurement, and Burn does not measure ketosis, autophagy, or metabolic state.
Records are stored on your device, synchronized through iCloud if you enable it, and your full fast history is exportable as CSV at any time.
Every fast you finish is measured against twelve all-time bests, each kept with the date you set it.
